曾經被問過"我們公司的文化是什麼？"
公司文化是一種很難定義的東西，它應該是一種特色，一種風格，一種現象，一種精神，一種給人的感覺！
最近看到一段文字，一個產品給使用者的感覺應該要能表現出或用以說明一家公司的文化。
也就是產品要與公司文化互相對應，公司要把文化導入到產品，讓外面的使用者感受到與眾不同的地方，而深受此文化的員工自然也能做出相應類形的產品。
而我們又是做自己產品的公司，感觀一下我們自家的產品，給人的感覺是什麼呢？
我想也許就是Open, Geek, and Otaku(宅)吧!
Open是我們的精神，在此基礎之上，產品也能讓使用者感受到geek的成份。因為上面也許能夠出現一些讓人意想不到的程式與應用，而我們的主打銷售對象也都是geek的人，能夠讓這些人發揮與貢獻，在這個group久了之後，就會衍申出另一個形容詞，"宅"(nerd, otaku)! 我想Free也是，因為Open，而讓人感受到自由!

不知曾經何時在想，也許是看了pixar的文章吧，我會繼續留在一家公司應該是有個主要原因，那個原因應該就是這家公司的文化。老實說這個原因也許並不是很容易說得上來，也許原因並不唯一，也不只是因為豆漿濃，但也許那就是公司的文化。

Taiwan flag show off in public

I don't know how to get a Taiwan flag, but somehow I want to get one recently.
Then I can use it to cheer for Taiwan team in international games.
So I think I need a big one that I can use it to cover my body.
How to get a Taiwan flag, I will google it, but it seems it will be not too easy.
Though I can get an image for now,








But... It will be sensitive? It's weird, actually it's weird from start to finish.

TaRoKo Gorge Marathon

Location: Taroko Gorge, at eastern side of Taiwan.
Date: 2008/11/01, 07:00
Distance: 21.09km. (Half marathon)
Weather: drizzle at first but sunny after running for one hour.
Speciality: Fresh air and great view in the gorge.
Challenge: continual upslope for about 4 km before the turning point
Supply: Water, bread, banana.
Time taken: about 2hr 40min.
Award: one memorial medal.
Level: Half crazy half human.
Team name: Openmoko freerunner.
